3. I just bought this lamp but i can not find a replacement bulb for the lamp
You need to get replacement bulbs which are:
Dimmable / 800 Lumen / E26 Base / LED / 9 Watt
I also preferred to get as close to 6000K (which is what came with the lamp). I’ve ordered replacements through Amazon.

5. Do you have to use the lamp shade that comes with the lamp? Or can you change it to a different one like that you get from Target or Walmart?
If you match the top center mount hole you could. It's about 1 1/2" in diameter and slips on the bulb mount then a collar plastic round nut screws on to hold it in place.

I believe any dimmable light bulb will work. The special features are more a function of the lamp's electronics, not the bulb.

I love the bulb and the remote control. The foot pedal to turn it on and off is also great. The lamp shade is ok but I believe if I wanted I could change that out to another one. It comes flat and you have to put it together which works fine but you can see the little tabs that hold it in place. Also, be sure to put the shade in the right direction. I put it on upside down and you can see the lightbulb. I noticed in the pictures that I wasn't the only one. Once turned around, you don't see the bulb. The remote is great and I love the different settings on the light.
We couldn't be happier with this lamp. It had every feature that we were looking for from the shelving to the drawer and the built-in power station, which makes it convenient for charging phones and plugging in various things such as my heating pad. The lamp itself was easy to assemble and very sturdy. The included light bulb was also a nice feature allowing us to change the temperature to whichever we prefer at the pull of a switch. Great height and fits perfectly in our space. I also appreciate that our coasters happen to fit perfectly in the notch on the top most "power" shelf and it's still plenty roomy to place my 32oz water bottle and the drawer is just roomy enough for my glasses case and remote to fit.
Honestly, compared to the other stands, I've bought (That have the same design, but without charging pads) this. This one is sturdy and very useful. I have carpet and it stays up and doesn't get easily knocked over when my son is in the room playing. The lamp shade is OK, plastic. Compared to other ones, this one is by far the best. It doesn't bend and get destroyed while you're trying to put it together.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a side table that has a lamp attached to it. The assembly was very easy to understand and took about 25 mins. It is very durable and sturdy so it will definitely last for years. I am very happy with the brightness of the lamp that illuminates my living room area perfectly without being overbearing. The lamp even rotates so you can direct the light more so to one side if you want, which is handy when you don't want a bright like shining in your eyes. The side table also comes with one outlet and two USB ports!! I no longer have to pull out my long extension cord to charge my phone and tablet! Wow, a chic and modern-looking lamp. At first, I was unsure how hard it would have been to assemble, but it was super easy! My wife and I love the bulbs and it's a great source of light where we need it. It also has a button to step on to easily turn it on/off instead of bending down which I like. It's really sturdy and displays a cool industrial look! This lamp matches our decor perfectly. Nonetheless, I got it put together quickly without too much issue. The bulbs that came with the lamp are incredibly bright, so we may switch them out for different bulbs. It would be perfect for a place that needed a lot of light for reading or crafting. Overall very pleased and happy with this product. Recommend.
